Scrolling images and graphics

Hi, back again,

What is the process for making an image or graphic scroll in a window?

HyperCard has a Picture XCMD which allows you to reposition an image which
is larger than the window, under script control. You can use a repeat loop
to move it by changing its loc coordinates inside the window for scrolling
animation effects.

How do I do this in RR?
