Hi Fred,

It’s best not to be on the bleeding edge of technology.
Let others suffer working through the bugs of new stuff.

Example: Tahoe is the latest version of mac OS, so
you want to run Sequoia which is one version behind.
That allows third party developers like LiveCode to
to have some time to play catchup, so your present
version of LiveCode will still function.

Apple supports mac OS versions with security updates
etc. for the two previous versions plus the current one.
So Sonoma, Sequoia, and Tahoe are all supported.

At least not being on the bleeding edge used to be
true until Apple suddenly decided that to run Xcode 
for Apps you put into the App store you had to have 
Tahoe.

If you aren’t putting stuff into the App store and just
using LiveCode for your own personal projects, you
should be fine with Sequoia.

Just my 2 cents.
