for iOS you cannot avoid all this profiles etc. stuff, the final app needs to be in the Apple App Store.
For Android, you can sign the runtime in LC by selecting "Sign for development only" and put the app online somewhere.
The potential users of that app then need to "Allow software installation" in the security settings of the cellphone from
that URL, the they can simply install the app.
