Problems with (ask and answer) dialogs with LC 10 on Windows 11

OK, "raisewindows" was not the problem, it turned out that he had activated the BACKDROP (don't ask 8-)
and after switching it OFF, windows layering worked as advertized! 
Go figure. :-)
