Reporting Apple Silicon anomalies (Re: [[ ANN ]] Release 9.6.8 RC-1)

This is very exciting, thank you. If we find anomalies in the Apple Silicon 
side, should we raise them in the first instance
  - to you directly?
  - on this list?
  - straight into LQCC?
