Livecode downloads VERY slow

I bet I got you all beat, for geezerdom. I learned to program Fortran on punch cards. 3 runs a day and output was delivered by a messenger, human that is. No freakin’ internet for me! If I remember right, our mainframe, a CDC 3600 had 512K of memory.
