text to speech android

Hi Klaus,

just did a quick successful test on Mac OS 10.14.6 with this script

on mouseup

  speechInitializeLibrary

end mouseup

on speechLibraryInitialized pSuccess

  if pSuccess then

   speechSpeakUtterance "Hallo Klaus"

   get speechfinalizeLibrary()

  end if

end speechLibraryInitialized
