Symantec quarantining LiveCode standalone on client's machine

Just wondering ..is your executable signed?

I've come across this problem before with it being quarantined.

avast does the "hold on a second let me check this out first"
thing.....but  after 15 seconds lets the application start normally.....
and it only happens the first time.

This is not great for user experience.
