Navigator 7.3rc1 is available

Briefly this fixes an issue with folding when multiple targets are
displayed, and adds alignment and conformity tools to the Size/Location
editor. In particular, you can select any group of controls, and then
select any of those controls as the template to align the others to. So you
can right-align a bunch of controls to one of them that *isn't* the
right-most of them (if that's what you want to do). You can see it in
