iOS simulator issue - LC 9.0.2, Xcode 10.0

Thanks Curry - seems to be working for now at least after a full restart.  Command line tools were set to the right version but interestingly although the iOS12 simulator runs, it doesn't show up in the list of installed simulators in the components pane of the Xcode prefs window.

    I've seen that! Can't remember which fix is for which error, but the 
    handiest fix that I use most for Simulator is xCode's prefs: Command 
    Line Tools version. Never leave home (or stay home and use Sim) without 
    it. :)
