Hmm your /MacintoshHD/android-sdk/ directory should also include a folder
"build-tools". Since it is not present, you can install it using the SDK
Manager:
Launch tools/android
Find an item "Android SDK Build-tools" (should be at the top)
Tick the checkbox and select "Install packages"
After that the problem should be fixed :)
