Script Only Stack Architecture

Richard if you are updating the dict entry on this: we need to be even more clear:

e.g. if your intent is for the child control(s) to respond to "on mouseup"  this will not work if you do "start using" for your script-only stack." When you use "start using" the entire main stack file becomes, in effect a "child" of the behavior stack because you have set it as a global library and not a parent of specific controls
