Set the Opacity of a Button Background

Oh, I'm sorry, I fired that one off a bit too quickly.

The faux buttons made in GIMP have to be imported and used as images in 
Livecode, because PNG
images with differing levels of transparency seem to lose the 
transparency when they are used
as icons inwith actual buttons.
