[HC] USB Devices

Yes: drivers are available for these devices; rarely for Linux, 
sometimes for Macintosh and always for
  Windows. The problem is that this makes it extremely difficult if one 
wants to author a game which can be deployed cross-platform with 
predefined settings for gamepads.
