Strange Characters...

If I run the URL in a web browser, the data is returned correctly... 

If I ask the URL to give me the list (returned in temp) in English then everything is good... but when pulling the list in French, for example, any char that has an accent, grave, acute or circumflex appears as garbage... :-(
