Drag and Drop Linux, 7.0.5 64 Bit

Kinda FUBAR here: when I drag text within a field, it doesn't move the 
text but it does create a text dropping on the desktop, even though my 
mouse isn't anywhere near the edge of the window.

What issues are you seeing?
