IOC nvm. Looks like that is how revExecuteSQL works. I can see now why I was befuddled trying to get SQL to work in LC using their built in functions.

put the number of lines in tDataSet into numLines

  revExecuteSQL dbid, tsql, line i of tDataSet
end repeat
