Hmm. Also, I notice the error message indicates you used a single quote
rather than a double in the script.  While it should work that way, you
might try " instead.

It is really weird that the error is not found despite the file being
accessible from a browser.

You didn't by chance copy and paste into your script right before things
broke did you?
