Behaviors not behaving

I guess I spoke too soon.

Although the fix does work, controls with linked behaviors are now
misbehaving.  The second behavior in the chain works for some controls but
not for others.  So, goodbye linked behaviors.  Replaced them with a call
to a library handler.
