[ANN] Portland Area Get-Together

Hello Phil,

I'm thinking about taking the train from Bellingham to Portland. Is there anyone near the Portland Union Station who would be willing to give me a ride to Tigard and back? The train is scheduled to arrive in Portland at 3:20.
