Open Source LiveCode Project

The new licensing will be a dual license. You're not allowed to make closed source software with the open source version. In theory, you could probably make commercial software, if you ship it with the source code as well as the GPL license. But then you're creating open source software, not commercial software :)

In addition, the open source version will not allow to use password protected stacks at all.
