I'm stuck with web access via gmane at the moment, so I don't have access to the
RFC-822 headers, but I notice that the original post in this thread has a From
address as "-=>JB" while the later ones have "-=>JB<=-". So I'm guessing that
somewhere along the way a helpful email client decoded that as a redirector and
took it from there.
