Porter Stemmer

In 2006 Eric Chatonet posted a Porter stemmer to RevOnline:

Alas, like so many gems of yesteryear, this one is no longer in the 
current RevOnline archives, and of course Eric is sadly no longer with us.

Do any of you have a copy of that Porter stemmer, or any other xtalk 
implementation?
