Locking a group for a visual effect

If the parts that should show with a visual effect are within the same 
rectangular area, you can apply the effect only within that area.

   lock screen for visual effect in rect tRect
   go next card
   unlock screen with visual effect <whatever>

Only the area inside the rectangle will show the visual.
