Thanks!  I was using the web page, where some of the links are 404.

Very nice that Mark explicitly shared these with free licenses.  His 
contributions are very valuable additions to the community, and it's 
encouraging that so many of us now have complete copies of his archive 
in case his site goes offline in the future.
