iOS popover position

There is also the HUD Panel Factory on RevOnline that can be used on iOS and Android. It needs tweaking to get right but I have used it with success. How to determine the line number on Android??? I don't know.

I would use mobilePick for a List Picker but it is only a popover on iPad as far as I know.

Don't know what else would do it!
