[OT] Easily run PostgreSQL on a Mac

I didn't know that.  I wonder why that happened?

I've been happily using mySQL server on OSX to test out mySQL apps locally
before using a remote server.  Hadn't tried it since "updating" to Lion or
I guess I would have found out!
