HTTP authentication configuration with on-rev

You might do some tests (i'm sure you've already done so) setting up your
.htaccess to allow digest auth and then check the error log in cpanel. It
might provide enough hint to get you pointed the right direction. I don't
know enough about digest authentication to suggest anything else yet.
