[Bug 10199] New: Office Excel Clipboard Translation

I do this:
   put the clipboard into theDataType -- returns "text"
   put the clipboarddata[theDataType] into thePropList

thePropList is empty, but if I then go to TextEdit and paste, all the cell data is pasted as tab delimited text.
