Android field and word prediction

Ralph,

LC = 5.5.1-dp1
HTC Evo phone = Android 2.3.4
AVD Manager setting for that HTC = Android 2.3.3 Api Level 10
LC standalone minimum OS setting =  tried both Android 2.2 and Android 2.3

Again, text field input works as expected. But not if "word
prediction" is turned on.
