Ken's Custom Control thingy

Hello,

I was watching Ken on the Simulcast, and he was showing a really cool little
tool to make building custom controls easier.  At least I think he was.  Or
maybe I was dreaming :>)

Did that thing get released?  Is it available somewhere?
