Hi Graham,

Some years ago, (2005) Alex Tweedly published a step by step
guide to compile externals with Dev-C++
Back then, I posted this stack:

Recently, Scott McDonald published a Pascal External SDK:

I look forward to learn coding externals for this platform in C++ and
Pascal,
but this learning project must wait until I had enough free time...
