This is one of the oldest and most annoying bugs in the bug database
(bug #1061 dating from 2003 and rev 2.1.2). The last comment from the
rev team is from Mark Waddingham in 2004...

"Re-assigning to engine team for future re-assignment."

I think for RevLive2014 we should have a celebration for the tenth
anniversary of this comment.
