That's pretty old. :(

But the docs say if a font doesn't exist, then the system font will be 
substituted. In fact, I thought you had a workaround some years ago 
where you set the font to "system" and it worked. What ever happened to 
that? I vaguely recall trying it and it didn't work any more, but I've 
been back and forth with that machine so much I can't remember when it was.
