Yes you would need to do someting like this

If the scroolbar is on another card in the same stack:

set the thumbPos of scrollbar "sb1" of card "mycard" to the thumbpos of
scrollbar "sb1" + 10


If the scroolbar is on another card in a different stack:

set the thumbPos of scrollbar "sb1" of card "mycard" of stack "mystack" to
the thumbpos of scrollbar "sb1" +10
