Import Snapshot Broken in 4.5.3?

A bit more on this problem...

When I run an "import snapshot..." script from a button placed in a stack,
the script works as expected.  When I run the script from the message box,
LC generates an error.

Anybody else see this?

LC 4.5.3, OS X 10.6.6, all 3rd party plugins removed.
