Launcher stacks on iOS etc.

I do, because my apps have to to go to different stacks depending on the running environment. My launcher handles that and also initialises SQLite databases. Using a launcher also lets me store files that need to be copied to the device in one place, rather than in multiple places, given that the app can run in multiple environments.
