getting the user's (internet, not local network) IP address

Bob, I figured it out. I'm just a special case where the IP address on my machine goes all the way to the server without going through any other layers.

ipconfig says:
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 75.108.90.130
I guess I don't know what a "local" IP address is.
