[ANN] ChartMaker2 update to build 30

Updated this morning to build 30, ChartMaker2 now supports values in Table
Data format. It will detect and transpose tabbed data in rows and columns to
its native comma-separated line format for you automatically. The built-in
documentation has been updated for further details.
