Math ML

Does anybody have a way to render Math ML in a RunRev stack?  This is  
a type of HTML used in education to show math symbols.  It's usually  
embedded in HTML.  (Setting the htmlText of a field doesn't work.)   
I'll include a small example of Math ML below.
