Date formats around the world especially Canada

Thanks for all the suggestions.
However, I've noticed something disturbing. Windows XP does not have a "Canada" setting. It has an English (Canada) and French (Canada). Neither of which matches the Mac "Canada" setting. WTF?
What do the Canadian Windows users have for their short date setting? Does it match the Mac short date settings below?
