In one colorful word... BRAZIL. now, let us not talk about latency
when my ISP had the worst latency in the world and because of DEBTS
had it's own call center DISCONNECTED for a WHOLE MONTH!

yes, ISP with no call center for a month and the network with high
latency and constant disconnects and I working on remote sites by ssh.

now before someone shouts, this is the only ISP that attends my area.
One day, I'll have my own satellites or ocean cable, I do have the
atlantic nearby, now all I need is a very big cable and a friend with
a spare router in africa.
