Why Rev needs a cookbook (newb questions)

Well, not quite.  For example, there are things that keep coming up (how 
to do tabs, for instance; custom properties as another).  Things like that 
are obvious.  Just because one conceivably can't know them all doesn't 
mean that those that are known can't be put into some sort of FAQ.
