"Somebody", somewhere has a particularly warped sense of humour:

what gets me is the word 'compatibility' as there is no compatibility;
HyperCard stacks that are imported that use sound channels WON'T WORK!

There seem to be parts of the RR Documentation that are a bit disingenuous.
