scrollbar with a scale below only on Win2000

Hello,

I am using a standard scrollbar and put two text fields "min" "max" below
the scrollbar.

On Win2000 and on Win XP, when switching the windows style to "windows
classic" a scale with vertical lines appears below the scrollbar and lays
upon my text fields.

I didn't found any option to switch off this scale, do I have a chance, any
workaround?
