OS X Dock menu

Hi Sims,

You need the unsupported feature of the icon menu, which is described  
in the read me files that come with Revolution. I made a little  
utility to edit this menu. You can find it at <http://economy-x-talk.com/developers.html 
 >. It is pretty old by now, but it should still work.
