Is it a subdomain or an add-on domain?
Subdomains are accessed like this
http://subdomain.myrevdomain.on-rev.com/calendar.irev
For an add-on domain you must have registered it previously with
another registrar and pointed it to a folder on your on-rev site. Then
you can access it like this:
http://myotherdomain.com/calendar.irev
