Converting from Exponential Form

Hi All,

I need to convert a string that is in Exponential Form into a  it's  
normalized decimal equivalent, e.g.

I have the string "1.0139648E+9" and I'd like to convert it to:

"1013964800"

Any ideas on how I can easily do this?
