non-standard unicode fonts

Because the unicode consortium did not make space for all the highly
complex characters required to produce properly digitised
Devanagari (Hindi/Sanskrit) text a semi-official standard has been
evolved by indologists whereby most characters are stored in
a non-unicode area starting beyond the 65535 limitation of the Basic
Multilingual Plane (at 65538). As far as I can tell these
characters are completely inaccessible to Runtime Revolution.

Please advise.

sincerely, Richmond Mathewson.
