Hello Mark!
As soon as I saw your posting I remembered our having exchanged some
emails about a year ago. Glad you took my advice and are going with
Rev rather than RB. Welcome to the revList community. Great and
extremely knowledgeable bunch of contributors. They'll field your
questions in a very timely fashion.
After reading Marian's response, I have to say I agree with almost
everything he said; and would go for the 3.0 Enterprise version,
though I'm using 3.0 Studio myself. With the economy being what it is
right now, my architectural work has slowed down quite a bit recently
so I'm doing more Rev work right now. But there were some health
issues that caused me to suspend my contributions to Macinstruct.com.
That may change as well.
Since there is so much to learn if you look at everything available,
I'd just start solving your own problems, since they probably only
require a small set of Rev's capabilities. Learn what you need. Your
need set will probably be unique. Besides, there is just too much for
any one person to digest. I have virtually every HC book that was ever
written should you be interested.
Good luck,
Joe Wilkins
